In our series of interviews with Prestonians we spoke to Chris, who works in the music industry as a DJ and producer, about his experience of lockdown and it’s impact on him. Each video is a part of a longer interview yet alone each shares its own significance.

In this video Chris discusses how lockdown has allowed people to reflect on capitalism and ‘the system’ and about ambiguous government guidelines during the pandemic and how these are being manipulated to suit individuals. He also talks about the Black Lives Matter movement and his role in raising awareness of the movement particularly for the Windrush Generation.
