In Phase 2 of our Living City lockdown interviews we spoke to some of our initial interviewees to see how they were continuing to cope with major changes caused by the pandemic and ask how their values, their feelings about the government and feelings about the future had changed.
In this interview we spoke to husband and wife Hema and Chintan about their experience of lockdown and life since our initial interview with them. They spoke about work, family and their values as well as their hopes for the future.
Chintan works in a biscuit factory and Hema works for the council. They live with their daughter and also have other children who do not live with them. Family is very important to them and they place importance on family and happiness rather than material possessions.
This is an edited video taken from their interview, the interview was conducted in October 2020.
