Mindful Doodling with Danielle Workshop. You can download the PDF which accompanies the video below.
Mindful Doodling with Danielle Chapell-Aspinwall is a workshop which invites you to see doodling as a creative exercise to relieve anxiety. This guided doodling task lets you relax and process your thoughts to relieve anxiety or stress whilst teaching you the skills to carry on this practice at home.
We believe the process of doodling can aide your creative wellbeing. You can use the doodles to process some of your thoughts and emotions as well as finding time and space for yourself.
The prompts take away the fear of doodling on a blank page and give you different approaches to guide your mindful practice.
You can follow the video workshop above and/ or download the PDF worksheet which accompanies the video.
We would also love you to send us any doodles you create to form part of our online exhibition. Please send to admin@theyeatculture or tag us on social media @TheyEatCulture .
