In our series of interviews with Prestonians we spoke to Lyn, co-founder of TRibe Fitness in Preston, about her experience of lockdown and it’s impact on her. Each video is a part of a longer interview yet alone each shares its own significance.
In this video Lyn talks about the relationship between physical fitness and mental wellbeing. She talks about now being able to train in small groups and how it is ‘priceless’ for allowing community spirit.
She also talks about how initially there was a government focus on getting people to do exercise everyday but how now the focus seems to have shifted towards enjoying fast food and the pub. She emphasises how important she believes looking after our body is.
