In our series of interviews with Prestonians we spoke to Lyn, co-founder of TRibe Fitness in Preston, about her experience of lockdown and it’s impact on her. Each video is a part of a longer interview yet alone each shares its own significance.
In this video Lyn talks about keeping her clients safe. She also talks of knowing people who were unaware they had coronavirus due to being asymptomatic and why this means we need to maintain safe distances from people to make sure you don’t pass it on.
She speaks out about how she feels that it is illegal to have a friend come into her house and why this is concerning as it could take away people’s support networks. She connects this to the Black Lives Matter movement.
She talks about how New Zealand have dealt with the virus and her belief that the U.K. government are dividing and conquering us by taking away our support network.
