In our series of interviews with the people from Preston we spoke to Karen about her experience of lockdown and it’s impact on her. Each video is a part of a longer interview yet alone each shares its own significance.
In this part of the interview Karen talks about human contact and the instinct to hug. She discusses how difficult it has been sharing her deepest emotions when she was in hospital with people she’d just met and not having her loved ones at her bedside. She speaks about how much gratitude she has for the nurse that helped her through a panic attack while she was in hospital.
