Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic we have been interviewing Prestonians to capture their experience of lockdown as part of our living city archive.

In our interviews with people from Preston we spoke to Neil.

Neil works with vulnerable people and is a grandfather.

In his interview he discussed missing his grandson, working from home and what we can learn from the pandemic.

As part of the project artist Luke Richards photographed some of the interviewees and below you can see the artwork he created from Neil’s portrait.
