Q&A with musician and artist Mark
What have you been up to during lockdown?
Sorting the outhouse at the back of ours out; putting all my toys, art and records in some sort of order, emptying boxes that have been sealed for over 30 years (a real education/history lesson). I’ve kept every postcard, letter, badge, flyer and all manner of other things sent to me over the years. I also started cooking following cookbooks, writing lyrics and logging dreams. And best of all has been family time and interesting walks around Longton.
What are your plans for Life After Lockdown?
Give my folks a kiss and hug.
The ‘Life After Lockdown’ Photographic Project
The Life After Lockdown photographic project was started in June 2020, following the British government’s move towards easing the lockdown measures put in place to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Lisa Brown, a photographer and writer living and working in Preston, wanted to find out how local people had spent their time during lockdown and what plans they had for ‘Life After Lockdown’.
